Consulting heritage
Before IBC Partners built software, it solved hard operational problems. That experience still shapes how we build.
For years IBC Partners worked as a consulting practice across operations, manufacturing, logistics, financial recovery, and turnaround engagements - domestic and international. A selection of that work:
- Developed non-infringing, better-than-MILSPEC chemical-light manufacturing operations in China, using proprietary, patent-pending technology to increase a client's competitiveness in the safety marketplace.
- Managed purchasing and subcontracted manufacturing in China for the consumer-products division of a robotics company; designed and implemented a software system integrating MRP, external warehousing, forecasting, and sales; uncovered weaknesses in battery quality and shelf-life management, leading to significant cost-avoidance.
- Recovered hundreds of thousands of dollars in past-due accounts receivable and foreign tax credits for a client's former shareholders, and supported various litigation efforts.
- Managed the insurance-claims process for a consumer, medical, and pharmaceutical products company after a devastating warehouse fire, recovering over $7MM.
- Provided social-media marketing for a major European-based sporting-goods company.
- Delivered website development for a North American consumer products, medical, and pharmaceutical company.
